Getting started
Open the POS app, configure your shop details and currency, add products, then record a test sale before using it for live transactions.
Sales, discounts and history
Check item quantities and totals before confirming a sale. Use discount controls responsibly and review sales history after each shift.
Receipts and printers
Printer support depends on the browser, operating system, connection type and printer protocol. Test with a sample receipt before relying on it.
Backups and local data
Browser storage can be cleared by device settings, browser cleanup or uninstalling the browser. Export available data regularly and keep a copy in a safe place.
Troubleshooting
Refresh the app, confirm browser permissions, check printer pairing and test again. Do not clear site data before exporting any available backup.
