Welcome to TY POS FREE. TY POS does not require an account for basic POS use. This notice explains how necessary data may be handled when relevant services are provided.
When relevant online services are active, we may process limited sales and business statistics such as date or time range, product category and quantity, sales totals, discounts, currency, transaction counts, product version, region, and necessary device-operation information. We aim to avoid unnecessary customer names, phone numbers, addresses, payment-account details, or other personal information.
Basic POS features can be used without registration. Cloud recovery is optional and is used only after you turn it on and complete the required authorization. The scope, retention period, access, and deletion arrangements will be described for that service. Enabling it does not authorize unlimited data collection.
Where relevant features are active and permitted by law, aggregated, de-identified, or otherwise protected information may be used to study product demand, business trends, and market changes and to improve our products. Such measures cannot guarantee that re-identification is impossible in every circumstance. We will use reasonable safeguards and will not treat this notice as permission to sell or disclose identifiable raw transaction data without limits.
Third-party services may be used where necessary. Relevant service providers, data scope, cross-border handling, and retention arrangements will be explained according to the actual service. Data will be retained only as needed for the stated purposes or legal obligations. You may submit applicable access, correction, or deletion requests through TY POS's officially published contact channel.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, that data will never be lost, or that every recovery will succeed. Keep separate copies of important business records. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights granted by applicable law.

TY POS 系列不强制用户注册账户。您可以在不注册的情况下使用 POS 的基本功能。本告知说明我们在提供相关功能时，如何处理必要的数据、保护经营记录，以及服务的适用限制。
交易与经营统计数据：当相关联网服务实际启用时，为了解商品需求、经营变化和市场趋势，我们可能处理必要的统计信息，例如：
我们会尽量限制收集范围，并避免收集分析目的不需要的顾客姓名、电话号码、地址、支付账户信息等个人信息。若某项功能确实需要其他信息，我们会在启用该功能前另行说明。
基本收银功能可在不注册账户的情况下使用。保存在设备上的经营记录，可能因设备损坏、遗失、浏览器数据被清除或其他原因而无法恢复。
云端恢复备份属于可选服务。只有在您主动开启并完成相关授权后，TY 才会按照该服务的说明处理必要的备份数据。备份内容、保存期限、访问范围及删除方式，以该服务实际公布的说明为准。注册或开启备份不代表您授权无限制收集数据。
在相关功能实际提供且适用规则允许的情况下，TY 可能使用经过汇总、脱敏或去标识化处理的信息，研究商品需求、消费趋势、价格变化及不同市场的经营情况，并用于改善产品和商业研究。
这些处理方式不能保证所有情况下都绝对无法重新识别个人或商户。我们会根据数据性质和用途采取合理的保护措施，不会将本告知解释为允许无限制出售或披露可识别个人的原始交易数据。
为提供相关功能，TY 可能使用第三方服务。涉及第三方处理或跨境传输时，我们会根据实际服务安排及适用规则说明相关服务方、数据范围和保存方式。
我们会采取与数据性质相适应的访问控制和安全措施。数据仅在实现已告知目的或履行适用法律义务所需的期限内保存，并依适用规则处理访问、更正、删除及撤回请求。具体保存期限会在相关服务说明中公布。
TY POS 系列按实际提供的功能运行。我们会尽合理努力维护服务，但不保证软件永不发生故障、数据永不丢失、备份一定能够恢复或服务始终不中断。云端备份不能替代用户自行保留重要经营记录。
对于服务中断、第三方服务故障、设备或网络问题及其他无法合理控制的事件，将依适用法律和实际责任划分处理。本告知不排除法律不允许排除的责任，也不限制用户依法享有的权利。
您可以选择同意并进入 POS，或不同意并退出。您可通过 TY POS 官方公布的联系渠道，就适用的数据访问、更正、删除或其他隐私请求与我们联系。可用权利及处理方式以适用法律为准。
选择“同意并继续使用”，表示您确认已阅读本告知，并同意在适用法律允许的范围内，按本告知及相关隐私政策处理必要数据。云端恢复备份仍须由您另行主动开启。
